Hello again,
I haven't updated this blog for a while - a bit busy running a medical centre and running ... around my neighbourhood ...
Since the stent procedure I have picked up running to further reduce my weight and cholesterol.
The Black Dog Institute is a local well-known organisation I often refer patients to for mental health issues. I like their work so I have joined their City2Surf team. My hope is to finish the race in some reasonable time.
I have never been in a foot race of any kind before - apart from those in school in which I often came last. So wish me luck!
